Ana grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil where she majored in foreign languages and literature including English. She worked several years as an ESL teacher and moved to the US in 2006. She joined our team in May, 2008. At SRS Ana assists the team with day to day operations, handles inquiries on the phone and welcomes office visitors. Ana especially enjoys the personal client interaction. Ana lives in Sammamish, WA with her husband Dan and her dog, a Rottweiler named Cisco. She enjoys reading, traveling and outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.
